Your first appointment will last about 1 hour. As well as discussing the condition you are coming to see me for I will ask you questions about your general health and your family history of health as this is important in prescribing homeopathic remedies. The information you provide will help me produce a timeline of your history of health, which helps to show where illness stems from in your life.

If you are on any medication it is useful to bring this to the first session so that I can note down everything you are currenty taking. If you are bringing a child then their red health book would be useful to bring along in addition to any medication they are on.

I will usually post remedies to you a day after I see you, so there is a delay between seeing me and starting your prescription.

Follow up appointments are 30 minutes and I will tell you at your first appointment how often I will need to see you, although it is usually every 4-6 weeks for the first few sessions. It is important to understand that homeopathy is not a quick fix system of medicine so several appointments are neccessary to start and then complete the process to cure.
